Training & Professional Development (PD)
SISC Training Modules
Each year, the entire district is responsible to complete several training modules online on their own time.

Go to getsafetytrained.com

​If you need a new account click here.

If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" and follow instructions

Under ​"User Sign In", click "E" (for ESUSD) and enter your district email and your password

Ensure that Eastern Sierra Unified School District is selected and click "Submit"

Click "View All Courses"

For the 2020 - 2021 school year you only need to take 3 modules:

Mandated Reporter Child Abuse Reporting for Educators
-
HSA Basic Pest Management in the School & Childcare Setting
-
Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Non-Supervisory Personnel (SB 1343, Updated March 29, 2019)
-
(Supervisors will need to take "Sexual Harassment Training for Supervisors AB 1825")

There is no need to print anything or notify us of completion of modules, we have access online to verify completion.

Stipend Reimbursement Program
Each quarter of the year, our districts sets aside money for professional development (PD). If you want to know more about the specifics on how it works check out the Stipend Program Guidelines.

A complete application will include:

Request for Course Approval form (please check the box indicating that you are requesting stipend reimbursement)

Rationale for taking the class(es)

Cost estimates for funding

The current cycle is open until Tuesday, November 16, 2021 and applicants will be notified of funding approval by Tuesday, November 23, 2021
